Walking on the Moon

Another textural piece - this one is larger than the others and
measures 12 x 16 inches.
It is on canvas and possesses greater depth
than I can capture electronically.

It's Just a Container

I probably have close to a hundred other things I should be doing, other than art, but..... I turned a large can of beans into a cool container for brushes and tools. I'm getting even more mileage from this can of beans than my husband did! ;o)

Taking a Break

I worked on another project in between waiting for the new pieces to fester. This is a different technique, but is equally fun to do!

Amoeba

Festering in December

Wow - did last week fly by or what?! Hard to believe it's December and, when you think about it, almost Christmas. What a year it's been.

A couple more festering pieces for you.

Last One Festering Today

Just one last shot - this is of some of the small ones, so you can get a better feel for the surface texture.

Still Festering

I can't stop making these
I just love watching them develop!

Chances are, you'll get sick of looking at these long before I get sick of making them. :o)

Fester

A fresh, new blog for a fresh start. Here I will post my latest work, be it complete or WIP.

I will begin with some abstracts I'm currently obsessed with. They are part of my series I call "Fester". They each measure approximately 6 x 7 inches.
